Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
We proudly ship across France and EU countries using trusted carriers such as La Poste, Colissimo, DHL, and Chronopost. All orders include secure packaging, tracking, and timely delivery to ensure your pet’s essentials arrive safely.
BahPet ships to select international destinations. Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees once the shipment reaches their country.
BahPet is not responsible for customs delays or additional import costs. Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.
We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at bahpet.help@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. Our support team will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund when applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
