Refund & Return Policy – BahPet

Thank you for shopping with BahPet. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want every purchase to bring comfort and health to your beloved pets. Please review our return and refund policy below for full details.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you’re not, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when received
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at bahpet.help@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a return authorization and prepaid return label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at bahpet.help@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll review your claim promptly and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used pet health and hygiene products
  • Personalized or special-order items
  • Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., supplements, treats)
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. If you’re unsure whether an item qualifies, please contact our support team before sending it back.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please complete a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted. This ensures faster handling and accurate tracking.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt — no questions asked. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at bahpet.help@gmail.com.
