How to Cancel an Order

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at bahpet.help@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number, full name, and the reason for cancellation. Our team will do its best to process your request before the order ships.

Cancellation Window

Orders can typically be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Shipped Orders

If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy for return options once the package arrives.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Pre-Orders or Backordered Items

You may cancel any pre-order or backordered item before it ships by contacting us at bahpet.help@gmail.com. Once the item has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
